News from Ubi!
Still at Ubisoft Annecy, here are the latest projects since Watch Dogs Bad Blood: Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Multiplayer, The Division, and STEEP.
Still at the Ubisoft Annecy games studio, here are the latest projects I’ve had the chance to work on since Watch Dogs DLC Bad Blood.

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Multiplayer
Riding its momentum, Ubisoft Annecy teamed up once again on the Assassin’s franchise. A fourth instalment arrived in October 2013, with a multiplayer side developed by Ubi Annecy.
New characters, new kills, new locomotion animations. This time we dive into a world of pirates, swords and pistols included.
Tom Clancy’s The Division
A new licence launched in March 2016, The Division brought fresh blood to Ubisoft’s line-up. It’s an open-world game, bordering on an MMORPG. The story drops us into a topical scenario: a virus sweeps the planet and devastates Western civilisation as we know it.
Ubisoft Annecy worked on this project with Ubisoft Massive, a studio based in Sweden. A first collaboration that proved hugely constructive, on the project side as much as the cultural one! Our mandate was urban life: how do you bring a city to life, here New York, when the population has been all but wiped out?
STEEP
Another big first on this project! Ubisoft Annecy shipped its first game as lead studio. Usually Annecy comes in as a partner, riding to the rescue of other studios like Massive or Montreal. This time it’s home-made. And what could be more fitting than a winter sports game developed in the heart of the mountains?
On this licence I was in charge of the in-game cinematics. More detail about my work in the project’s case study.
The game has been out since December 2016.
